My classes are designed to be playful, imaginative, and full of movement, helping little ones connect with their bodies, breath, and each other. I believe yoga is a lovely way to have fun, build resilience, and nurture creativity in little ones.
I’m a certified yoga teacher with passion and experience in yoga with kids. As a mum and creative, I understand how important it is for kids to have opportunities to explore their bodies and minds in a positive, fun, and supportive environment. My approach combines movement, mindfulness, games and imagination to create a space where children can learn, grow, and play.

During the 30-minute break between craft sessions, I will guide the kids through a playful and imaginative yoga journey inspired by your party theme. Think rainbows, Frozen, flowers or fairies – all brought to life through movement, music, and mindful fun.
This add-on includes:
- 25 mins of age-appropriate yoga games + movement
- A themed yoga adventure
- All mats and props provided
- Outdoor setup on the grass out front (weather permitting!)
